Laurus Labs Limited has invested Rs 1,078,000,000 and acquired 107,800,000 equity shares in KRKA Pharma Private Limited through a rights issue, bringing its total shareholding to 262,150,000 shares, representing a 49% stake in the joint venture company between KRKA d.d., Novo mesto, Slovenia and Laurus Labs Limited.
